Chartered in 1966, NENCAP serves an income-eligible population across 14 counties: Antelope, Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston, Washington, and Wayne. The organization offers a range of services including housing assistance, food and nutrition programs, health and wellness initiatives, child education, and veteran assistance.
