About ICS Inspectors, LLC
ICS Inspectors, LLC is a national company that provides Home Energy Rating Systems (HERS) services for building code compliance, the 45L Energy Efficient Home Credit, and local energy rebate programs. Their HERS raters are accredited and provide services for ENERGY STAR residential and multifamily programs, Performance Tested Comfort Systems (PTCS), National Green Building Standard (NGBS), and Built Green. With offices throughout the United States, ICS provides service nationwide. The ICS team combines expertise and best practices, having performed ratings for some of the country's largest residential builders. All IECC Energy Finals are reviewed and signed by a RESNET-certified HERS rater. ICS Inspectors is a RESNET Accredited Rating provider, an ENERGY STAR program partner, and a DOE Zero Energy Ready Home partner. They also are an EPA Indoor airPLUS verifier.
