Hypersafe Residential & Commercial Property Inspection, established in 1995, is owned and operated by Rick Mollenkopf. Rick is a Certified ASHI Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors) since 2005 and has prior experience as a Building Inspector performing municipal and code enforcement inspections for 16 years in the fire service. Hypersafe conducts residential and commercial property inspections, including homes, condominiums, mixed-use buildings, and new construction in Marin County and the surrounding Bay Area. Rick also offers pre-sale or listing inspections and pre-purchase verbal or "walk through" inspections. Rick's background includes four college degrees, including a Master's Degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor's Degree in Business, and degrees in Fire Science and Business. He is also certified by the International Code Council as a Building Inspector, Residential Combination Inspector, and in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing inspections. Hypersafe aims to provide objective visual examinations of the physical structure and systems of a building to assist in identifying areas in need of repair, replacement, or further evaluation.
