Rick is a Certified ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) inspector since 2005 and has been conducting property inspections for over 27 years. With a background as a retired Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshall, Rick brings a wealth of experience in safety and code enforcement to his inspection services. Hypersafe aims to provide objective visual examinations of the physical structure and systems of buildings to assist in identifying areas needing repair, replacement, or further evaluation.
