About HERSRater LA
HERSRaterLA provides Title-24 HERS field verifications (inspections) for HVAC and general contractors and homeowners in the greater Los Angeles area. They are a California Energy Commission (CEC) certified and insured special inspector. Since 2005, they have been providing services such as air duct testing for leaks when a central air conditioner or furnace is replaced or newly installed. As of July 2014, HERS field verifications are required for all residential air ducting, and in most of the Los Angeles area, refrigerant charge and minimum air flows also need checking.
