Energy Resource Center (ERC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1979. Their mission is to foster a sustainable future for Colorado by enhancing home energy efficiency and environmental comfort, promoting health, and strengthening communities. They provide free home energy efficiency upgrades to income-qualified residents across 27 counties in Colorado. ERC's services include blowing insulation, air sealing, weather stripping, water-saving measures, and installing carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. They may also repair or replace furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators, and install solar panels. ERC aims to save clients money on energy bills, reduce demand for natural resources, and create safer and healthier homes.
