About Community Energy Project
Community Energy Project (CEP) is a non-profit organization based in Portland, Oregon, dedicated to partnering with low-income communities on the frontlines of climate change to create more resilient, efficient, and healthy homes. Since 1979, CEP has been offering free or low-cost upgrades to make homes more efficient, comfortable, and safe. They focus on empowering individuals and families by providing information, tools, and connections to resources, addressing home, environmental, health, comfort, and safety issues while conserving natural resources. CEP promotes clean energy and advocates for equity, prioritizing accessibility and services for all.
